Black Ivory coffee – world’s rarest and exotic coffee

Black Ivory coffee – world’s rarest and exotic coffee

The Black Ivory coffee is currently world’s most expensive expresso coffee. Coffee is produced by the Black Ivory coffee company Ltd in Thailand from Arabica coffee beans consumed by elephants and collected from the their feces.

The taste of Black Ivory coffee is influenced by elephant’s digestive enzymes, which breaks down the coffee’s protein. The Protein is one of the primary factors for bitterness in coffee. The coffee “ very smooth without the bitterness of regular coffee”.

A cup of coffee costs 75-80 dollars. Experimenting with a Black Ivory Coffee ESPRESSO. The taste was creamy and toffee - like. Black Ivory is one of the world's rarest and most exotic coffees.
